Day 1: Contractors
Day 1 of this two-day event is designed for contractors, focusing on key topics essential to industry compliance and best practices. Attendees will receive Legal Updates from the Office of the Director Legal Unit, learn about Contractor Responsibilities, and gain insights into Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements. The event will also cover Contractor Compliance Principles, real-world Contractor Experiences and Insights, Navigating Labor Code 230.1, and the Enforcement of Prevailing Wages, providing valuable insights and specialized expertise.
The event will also provide DLSE System Troubleshooting, where contractors can receive hands-on assistance with the Contractor Registration Renewal process.

The event will also cover the Enforcement of Prevailing Wages, offering expert guidance and practical applications.
